Matthew Niemier

Lead Pastor

Matthew is originally from Warsaw, IN. He graduated from Grace Theological Seminary with a focus on pastoral studies. He is joined in serving Villas Grace Church by his wife Hope, son Layton, and daughter Reese.

Jared Novak

Associate Pastor

Jared is a life long resident of Southwest Florida and studied pastoral ministry at Southern Baptist Seminary Extension. He is joined in serving Villas Grace Church by his wife Heather. Jared and Heather have two daughters and five grandchildren.

Steve Shipley

Pastor Emeritus

Steve is originally from the Dayton, Ohio area and has lived in Southwest Florida since 1990. He is a graduate of Grace Theological Seminary and is joined by his wife Hally in ministering to Villas Grace Church.

Bill Murphy

Elder

Bill is originally from Newton, New Hampshire and has lived in Florida for 35 years. He carries the rank of Captain in the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Bill is joined in serving at Villas Grace Church by his wife Melissa. Bill and Melissa have two sons, Kevin and Ryan.
